Time and Attendance Kit
The purpose of time and attendance is to precisely register the employee time of arrival or exit from work, the duration of lunch break, duration of absence due to work or private matters, being late, premature departures from work, excess hours use or leave of absence, sick leave, combined with good organizational and employees reward.
The TA-01 time and attendance kit is intended for smaller companies with a maximum of 40 employees, that wish to set up an efficient time and attendance register at low cost. It is a simple and user friendly application, which can only be used on one computer.
TA-02 is similar to TA-01 but different in the software application, with web base server and user application. Web server is installed on the same computer that you connected the time and attendance controller from which the server reads registered events, evaluates and stores data.
The time and attendance kit consist of a Focus Kit time and attendance controller with a charger, C1C proximity cards, a SPIDER USB/NET communications converter and V7 time and attendance software.

The time registration is executed in the following manner: when the employees enter or exit the company, they hold their proximity card in front of the controller. When registering special events, they must first press the appropriate function button on the controller and then present their proximity card. The text shown on the controller's display enables the employee to immediately check whether the event was correctly registered.

The registered data is then transmitted onto a computer, which is connected with the controller through a SPIDER USB/NET communications converter.

The data is transmitted to a computer every time there is a connection established between the computer and the controller - always or occasionally. When the connection is not established, the registered data is saved into the controller's internal memory. Because its capacity is limited, the user must make sure that the data is transmitted in due time, otherwise a portion of the collected and registered data may be deleted.
V7 Kit

An essential part of the TA-01 and TA-02 kit is V7 application software, which enables entering cards and modifying employee data, setting rights to the employees, browsing the registered data, correcting the data, arranging the data according to various criteria, entering and modifying time.

There are also 10 proximity cards in along with the kit. You can order 30 additional cards - maximum is 40.
