The V7 application software is a combination of access control and time and attendance. Besides benefiting from all the functionalities of the V7 ACCESS application, clients can also make use of all the functions important to a more secure and complex time and attendance system (creating time intervals, time phrases, IP camera image capturing, creating reports and printouts e.t.c.).
 
Special features of the V7 program:
 
  • If the system includes an IP camera, a user-friendly interface with buttons for direct access to the most frequently used functions displays the last events with a live picture
  • All currently present users are displayed in the basic window
  • It enables the V7 program to be used by more companies in the same building
  • Fast and reliable server operation - an important advantage for large distributed systems
  • Controlling of the working hours of the users in the program, changing of the settings, editing of the time and attendance, insertion of users into the system
  • Allocation of access and registration rights to groups of employees

V7 time records

  • Global antipass back - definition of any number of rooms with an arbitrary number of controllers at any location, by preventing multiple entry with the same card
  • Dynamic access, dynamic allocation of rights (e.g. only when the user enters the room can he open the door to exit the room)
  • Monitor, designed, for example, for receptionists in large office buildings; the review and statistics of the communication with controllers is added
  • Fingerprint readers are fully integrated into the program

<V7 new reader

  • The program enables the video from the IP camera to be captured for the additional monitoring and prevention of the abuse (e.g. the moment when the employee registers his arrival to work), picture of the event is displayed in the monitor and in the events report, also with a photograph of the employee from the base
  • Improved form of printouts which can be sent by e-mail
  • Programmable SQL printouts for special requests, with the possibility of export
  • A discreet reminder of events in the corner of the screen when the program is not being used, it contains a live picture of the user
The V7 program can be used on multiple computers (e.g. in accounting, at reception, etc.). You only need the proper number of network versions of the program (clients) which are used by administrators of the program. Administrators can be assigned different rights. You can give them full access to all features of the program or allow them to view only the recorded data of the employees in their department.
 
The V7 program records all data relevant to the operating of the system, including the log of interventions carried out by system administrators, and thereby ensuring full traceability of all events.
